About Procedura
We publish operating systems for professional practices.
Every trade, every practice, every local service business runs on procedures — estimating methods, intake checklists, follow-up routines, ways of pricing that protect the margin. Most of them live in the owner’s head. Procedura exists to write them down.
What we are
A publisher, founded by operators.
Procedura was started by operators with 20 years of experience building, running, and advising service businesses — people who kept noticing the same thing: the procedures that make a practice work usually live in the owner’s head. Our craft is systems design: researching documented best practices across real service businesses, structuring them into clear procedures, and testing them against the workflows they claim to describe. We do the unglamorous work of writing everything down, so you can spend your time running the business instead of reinventing it.
That knowledge now has a second gear. Where a procedure can be watched, drafted, or flagged by software, our AI Systems line turns it into a working agent — import-ready blueprints, tuned prompts, and a setup guide, with a human in the loop on every send. The operating knowledge, amplified; the judgment, still yours.
What we are not
Not practitioners in costume.
We are not electricians. We are not transaction coordinators. We are not med-spa operators. And we will never pretend to be — no invented war stories, no borrowed credentials, no “built by a 20-year master electrician.”
A system’s worth is in its math and its procedures, which you can check for yourself. Anyone who needs a credential to make a template sound good is selling the wrong thing.
How we work
Three rules, printed on the wall.
